I'll be honest I'm cheap and won't pay for either.. "internet Imaging" (the cheap option) is what I use.. Ok i get slab pic's and not the pretty side by side.. But I honestly can't complain, I've been very happy with NGCs "internet imaging"... This is the latest set from my recent submission... I pay 5 for these images (2.50 each side) vs $8 for the sidebyside trueview/photovision... admitedly they are nice pics but I still prefer the full slab shots...

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

These are certainly more honest pictures of the coin than TrueViews. Those are totally beauty contest pictures.

Huh? For quite a while Trueviews come with all coins besides modern and bulk submission. You wouldnt need to pay anything extra for them

I am not a big fan of the PCGS Trueview because I think that they make the coins look better than they are. The NGC images are more honest, and I have used them when deciding to buy coins on-line.

    Vertigo Did someone say bust?

I am a true supporter of the truview. Don't get me wrong, some aren't very representative of what the coin looks like. But when it looks good for the coin it looks good. My fr02 16d mercury dime was perfect and their truview captured it perfectly. But some coins, some looks don't look well in truview. Everything i send in will go to pcgs regardless of the wait times. In the future for marketability I think the larger percentage of the bidders will bid higher on a pcgs coin anyway. Throw in truview and more will jump in. I do it and I'm not the only one. It is the same as buying the coin. Don't just buy it because it has truview. Buy it because the coin AND the truview are outstanding. In the end it is like a rattler. You sell it, you focus on the fact that they are scarce. One day this eras holders and truview and whatever will be scarce as well. Even if we don't all live to see it. I'll always buy the coin first. But some holders come to a close second as long as the coin inside is somewhat decent. What does the speed on the turnaround matter in the end anyway? Its sitting in your safe, or ngc safe, or pcgs safe, or your safe? What's the difference? I can't wait to see my grades either. But id rather wait longer to get better prices than hurry and short myself. That's my 2c
