    Hi all!

I've had this Chinese coin for a while, but have been struggling to ID it - I can't find any others online with a similar design on the obverse (semicircles around the edge, with dots inbetween). The reverse appears to be blank.

It is 20mm in diameter, and weighs 2.79g

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

Never seen anything like it before. It's definitely not an official coin from anywhere; closest thing I've seen are ~8th-9th century Central Asian imitations of the *shape* of Chinese cash, with local legends and tamghas.

Oh, oops. I completely forgot I already posted it.

I think I tried looking for charms like it, but couldn't find any that were similar (hence the "coin" remaining in my "unresearched" pile :D)

    I'll try searching again, though!

Many charms are unique, carved by one person, like a hobo nickel. I think it’s likely you won’t get any further than “wu zhu charm.”
