This one copies all of the Canadian mints pictures for his listing but on some there is some added dazzle. Silly isn't it? 2013vitalie2013
Sometimes all ya need is a little dazzle to hook a few........been going on since the beginning of time.
I did a chat live and reported the seller about the images all being from mint.ca but it appears the US coins are from the usmint.gov site. I'd like to see all listings removed. wrote us mint and filled out forms on mint ca If they don't care then I guess I won't either.
U.S. Mint's image library and policies for use of images. https://www.usmint.gov/news/image-library I'm too hungover to read it though.
Spoiler alert: they don't. If anything, your best bet would be pushing this with eBay under their "no stock photos" policy -- but even that has been modified since the last time I checked it (long ago), prohibiting only: A proof coin won't fall into that category. Someone could try to make trouble for APMEX and the like for listing junk-silver lots (over 100 available!) without individual photos, but I can't imagine you'd get far.
eBay did nothing and I don't expect they will. US Mint has not responded. All listings are still up for sale. A response from mint.ca "Thank you for contacting the Royal Canadian Mint and we sincerely apologize for the late response.
