    Most sources I have looked at seem to indicate the top of the ear as the first place showing wear.

    Just pointing out the bowtie that seems, in my opinion, to be the easiest when comparing a true MS to a lightly circulated cent.

    They're terms of art meaning the absence of wear. Mint State and Unvaccinated mean the same thing.

    I've done a fair amount of roll hunting, and I've never found a 1950s coin that had that much red. This alone is an achievement. I always get a chill when I see the statue of Lincoln where he's sitting down inside the monument. Whatever the grade, it has great visual appeal
