Around 3.5 grams of 0.986 pure Gold, I placed a bid just cause of the date and it's a cool looking coin to me! Just sharing, wish it was mine but there's other's who want it way more than me! I know nothing about this coin, other than I like it! Anyone ever see one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/224969675245?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055359.m1431.l2649
Son of a two ton Tessie!!! That coin is up to $1,125, still over an hour left to bid! https://www.ebay.com/itm/224969675245?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2055359.m1431.l2649
Information found in the Krause catalogue of 'Unusual World Coins' : Both variations (with and without the cross above date) have a combined mintage of 1,000 pieces. Nice coin!
I guess that beauty has a new home. Wonder what panzer man would have to say about it? He seems to be the CT Gold Guru.
Interesting. They gave the guy the double chin and very manly sower on the flip. Could see why you wanted it.
And so is the price for their book. I used to have that book in an earlier issue but dumped it at a Goodwill during a move and just had to many books to take. Got mine I think in 30-40 dollar range. Wish I kept it for I miss just looking through it.
I got 8 of the KM books for free, online. More handy for me to just have them right here on my computer than to search for a hard copy book. I guess mine are bootleg copies? All are in .pdf format.
