Found these in a old worn down garage. curious what they are. they appear to be flattened and stamped pennies or dimes with an asian symbol. some are numbered. some are turned into pins.
Very cool. They are probably counters of some kind. I'll take that back. They are ID tags for something, possibly fabric or bales. Could be tea, drugs, etc. The ones with #'s both complicate their use and may help explain it. Many seem to have the same symbol. Translating it is the key.
