Unknown Provincial of Domitian

    Of course Roman provincials are the bane of my existence, simply because of situations like this. I believe this is a coin of Domitian, as I can make out ΔΟΜ on the obverse, but I know nothing past that. The reverse both holds the key and is hard for me to interpret. So, I’m imploring help from those who do know provincials! Thanks in advance. My apologies for the poor images, not my usual setup.
