    Thanks. That’s what sold me on it. It’s ten grade points lower (NGC EF40) than the last one I owned (a PCGS AU50 from the 1760s). But I do not mind that because it has the look I wanted.

    I've been trying to restrict my purchases to pre-1824 CBH's, and this one is a real common die marriage besides...but, shoot, I liked the look of it.

    I like this one so much i might send it in for grading just to get truview images of it. I think it has the perfect patina. It is the only commemorative half I own. And I'm not crazy about this one other than the perfect patina/look it has.
