Looks to be a spike in his hair from looking at others here and questions on his face below eyes. Not sure what to call it. To me it does not look like damage but I have been wrong before. Thanks for any input!
Looks like a "baby spike". Is that mark under the eye raised? Maybe a die scratch or it being a '94 zincoln, possibly a small plating blister.
