    While the toning on this coin is going to turn many people off, the surfaces are actually very, very good. It appears to have good luster that is not muted by the toning, so I am going with MS65. I'm guess it is in an old fatty NGC slab as well.

    that gash above the forehead precludes a '65 in my estimation........

    The unusual toning lacks eye appeal and is a turn off so it should drop the grade to a MS-64.

    MS63. Gash in forehead draws your eye to it. Chatter in the field to the right of the eagle.

    I will say that it is in fact an old fatty holder. The surfaces are very clean, aside from the couple of contact marks already mentioned. Luster is there and the toning I found to be pretty unique.
