Kind of a trick question, since I’m a 70 holder, but it does have significant milk spotting especially in the middle, obviously it’s no longer a 70, so what is it ?
This isn’t the exact coin but the teal coin I can’t transfer over but everything is the same, same coin and grade with milk spots, several…LOL
Milk spots likely take it down a point or two. They hurt the eye appeal of the coin. Milk spots can develop after a coin was slabbed, so that makes things more difficult. The coin could have been a 70 when encapsulated but degraded later on. Also note that the grading companies say their guarantee does not apply to milk spotted coins (so you would not receive any compensation even if the grade went down).
