I'm sorry to break it to you but this is Post Mint Damage. The Reverse has been ground down. This did NOT happen at the Mint.
It does appear that one may have had a minor misaligned die when it was struck.... But the smooth reverse and all the chatter on the obverse are post mint.
Another parking lot cent. Run over by many vehicles not mint error. Sorry but keep looking you'll find a good one.
You were kidding, right? I hope so. Not only is your coin parking lot damaged, someone scratched their initials into it. Get rid of it as soon as possible.
Posting the same coin in two different forums isn't necessary. Please only post once, and if you can't decided on a forum, put them under "coin chat".
