1936 d penny

    I was wondering it this could be a 1936 ddo and could it possibly have a omm. Looks like a S at the top left of the D. ...... So i put this coin on here to get some thoughts snd answers from you guys.... View attachment 1475727 View attachment 1475728

    Hello there! It's your nightly Vampire at your service. I don't see any doubling and as far as an OMM?? I don't see one unless you can get a better shot of the Mintmark. As right now, I would have to say Pareidolia, JMHO. :bookworm:

    The photos just aren't good enough to help.
    The 36 Philly had the dramatic DDO's
    The 36D had one and the pick up point is a doubled eye lid.

    If this was a 1936 d ddo would it have any premium value what kind of grade would this coin be

    I am more of a picker, I don't sell my raw coins. You can try to find one on the bay or PCGS, NGC that has been sold.
    from the photos provided I would say your coin is AU. That is if the reverse looks close to the obverse photos.
