I am not an expert in this area, but my comments are based on my logic. This coin has too many mint errors; D on the cheek, forehead, and.... you tell pls. The circle does not seem to be a candy coin circle. The color is matte chocolate red and the weight is 3.07 grams. What do you think, please?
I think you might want to revisit your logic. Where would the D's come from as they would be a different size and font to those used for the coins design. The "D's" you think you see are a series of hits that has dented the coin and the light is highlighting the raised metal around the edges of the hits. The coin is in bad shape overall and the circle is damage from a coin rolling machine
