    Its nothing special, but its first century coin, and a beautiful patina..
    Domitianus dupondius, 13 gr, Virtus,fair condition.It still needs to be cleaned...

    Neat! Do you think the black crud will come off?

    I suppose you can tell after years of experience, but how can you tellon some of these? Like you've mentioed that some will be a "no-hoper", etc. Can you tell by the general outline? Or, are you going by a cleanup after the initial picture?

    Keep up the cleaning job.
    I cleaned this one , sadly I dont have the before pic.
