Poor George

    I was surprised to find a Sally Ride quarter in my change this morning.
    Even more surprised to find a "die chip" at the corner of George Washington's mouth.
    So am I correct in calling it a "die chip"? or is it something else.
    @Insider what your professional opinion ?
