Is this an 1804 Spiked Chin Half Cent?

So what the heck was I looking at yesterday?? The image I saw yesterday didn't have stems, first thing I noticed. Now today it has stems and a crosslet 4! On yesterdays coin the 4 was far to the right away from the 0. Today it is close to the 0.

I don't know what happened, clicked on the link and somehow got sent to the wrong auction? I don't know.
