1900-S Barber 50c multiple errors?

    There's so much going on with this Barber Half I can't discern if it's original errors or a really creative home hobbyist.

    Clues appreciated.

    No errors your coin is heavily damaged and almost chopped in half.Its technically worth at least half melt value.Really ashame since the 1900 S is a simi key date for the barber half dollar series.In that condition the coin has lost any numismatic value and a decent amount of melt also but still a keeper.
