GTG 1908 $2.5 Indian

    Heres another one.. these are my favorite series and pretty much all I collect right now. I am not thrilled with any of these pics but here we go.

    I have no idea how to grade these, other than to say even whenever they look MS to my eyes they end up being AU, so my grade is AU58.

    Probably MS-64. The 1908 $2.50 Indian is graded inconsistently because of the weakness of the Eagle’s feathers on the reverse. You can pick up some very attractive examples of this coin for less than MS-65 money because of that. But the lack of detail because of the strike issue can limit type collector interest.

    Very well struck but looks like some minor rubs on the cheek and brow, along with some flattening on the eagles feathers.
