2021 Lincoln Cent- Error or PMD??

    Hey everyone! Check out this "Pretty Penny":kiss:
    Is it PMD or some type of Error? Can this possibly be some Die error ( Greaser?)
    Not my Pics but I can ask the individual for more. Just can't explain the unaffected rim.:confused::confused:

    Definitely not a washer coin, I've seen this error before but I forgot what they called it

    I don't think it could be PMD
