I have a few of these but none in this good of condition or with this gorgeous toning. I very rarely buy anything foreign so to be honest, I had no idea what this was worth going in. This was probably the worst, quickest impulse buy of my short lived collecting career. This one really grabbed me and I had to have it. I don't know if the deal was good, bad or in between. So, I'm hoping somebody here can give me the damages. I'm not that concerned but I would like to have a halfway reasonable estimate of value to put in my collecting software program. I can't even venture a guess on it but the nature of the toning affects the price as well. So world collectors, what would you pay for it, factoring in the cool tone this one has? I would like to know if I was even in the ballpark.
 For me that loves toned coins i always go a bit extra. But to get back to your coin. Mintage was very high at almost 9 million in unc they go for £50 or $70 apox you would get a 10%+ on us toned lovers. Great coin. Btw what was your ballpark. Dave
Thanks Dave. I was wondering if I was going to get a reply to this one! DeOrc told me the mintage was 8,738,928 to be exact. Are you saying unc. is equivalent to MS-64? I've got £83 shipped in this one. It hasn't arrived yet but will soon. Based on the pics that look to be true to life color, comparing the whites in the slab, I don't regret it. This one was buried in a sea of inventory. Only way I happened across it was by having a lot of time and scrolling through it all. I wasn't in the market for one and hadn't bought a foreign coin in over a year. Then this one said, "buy me". I love how it looks. It would make a great painting.
