I gave 75 Cents for this, many years ago. It's still not worth much but has a lot of stuff going on. Tell me what you see. I'll save my opinion for later. Click the images for a larger view.

Definitely struck well enough to display a lot of die lines

Is that a UR clash on Roosevelts nose?

I think that'd be a negative, based on the fact that the nostril area of the design is recessed within the obverse die, and well-protected against clashing with the reverse die.

With a heavily polished die it is possible to get clash marks in the area.
Lets use this one for instance.

But I was wrong anyways. The UR would be near eye level.

Not sure, but I do like the toning.

Possible, sure, but you would see far more evidence of clashing elsewhere on the coin if any clashing showed up on Roosevelt’s nostril at all. If you study the coin you linked to for a while, you’ll understand why.

I have studied it, I actually have the clash I linked.
I do study clashes they are one of my favorite variety's.
I am not saying anymore that the area is a clash.
But there is also what is called a type ll counter clash.
Which can transfer any design element of a coin onto the coin.

The toning looks good and like MM said it's silver. Thanks, and good luck.

Pretty toning, really strong die polish lines. Can't tell what's going on with the nose. Great photos, despite the plastic!

    I think I see:
    Machine doubling.
Clash marks (or at least the polish marks from a clash.
    Slightly misaligned reverse die.
Something going on with his nostril.
And to me what looks like "blue book"toning.

Am I seeing too much and it is just my imagination?

Good eye-movement through it. Color, like an eye-magnet, sometimes takes the eyes all over the place. This eye-movement, accentuated by this color, is still graceful. I'm seeing just one very handsome gem coin.

    My thoughts on the coin.
    Obverse.
Die polish lines in the fields.
Hairlines across the face from a cleaning.
The place on the nose may just be a hit. I don't know.
Maybe struck thru a piece of trash.

    Reverse.
Die polish lines in the fields.
    Some MD in the lettering.
Not sure what is going on below AT in STATES.
Looks like die polish lines covered with corrosion.
