I do not collect USA coinage, so me attempting to grade is silly. Any thoughts on grade and a value would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to anyone who cares to respond.

xf details, imo cleaned. See the rim of dark stuff around the devices, esp. on the reverse, and how bright the fields are? that indicates a prior cleaning.
