1999-D Double Struck Flipover Jefferson 2 Dates

Here's another sweet Jefferson Error an 1999-D Unc. Jefferson Nickel Flipover error. two dates 99D one side and 1999-D the other . There are also two sets of Flex Schlags initianls one on each side of this strike.The coin was shot on a digital micro. it has some rainbow tonning on the Obv. of the secondary strike.I give it full steps too what say Ye? 2nd. 70% O/C

Where do you people find these coins? I mean, I'm sure some of them are purchased, but where did THEY find these coins? Are these found in box and bag searches?

 

I would guess that they are found in bags, I am sure they would not fit in a roll.
