My pictures aren't the greatest but I tried. These uncirculated Improperly Annealed dark nickels arrived from a fella whom I shall not name. Often referred to as "Black Beauties", I was lacking a good example and now I have a few. I have seen these mostly from the Philadelphia mint in the following dates. 1954 1955 1956 1958 1959 and I do believe I've seen a 1962 and maybe another from the early 60's. Thanks Paddy! Oooops! This 1958 is pretty dark.
