The spot on the lower obverse is actually just a little silver toning. It isn't a rub like how it looks in the pics. And the fingerprint that I just noticed is on the slab not the coin, as per usual with coins I buy, the slab is messy.
PR 66 ...proofs are tougher to guess from photos but I don't see any disturbances (especially since you clarified about the 2 potential problem areas not being on the coin) so I'm thinking it's at least a Gem grade
Busted out most probably a 66....not that I would myself I try and preserve as much as possible. However a proof in a slab and the bounce back lighting its hard to make a call from a photo.
