possible 1999 mule clash penny

Just found this and I think there is something there. Pics aren't great but you can see the "m". What do you think? Are there any die markers i can look for associated with this particular error?

Your seeing things I see partial pictures of a toned normal modern cent.

Since it is a 1999 it could be WAM can you get better pictures.

 

Thank you but see the button that sez in full ? It makes the thumbnail full images. Try to load another photo and look for full
And press once you post it will be a full image.
