Is this a double error coin? Or maybe a multiple error coin? Apparently, there is an extra sprout in the smaller leaf. And pls check the "second eye" too! There are vivid doublings in leaves; and some extra marks...
I see a normal stained canadian cent with some machine doubling and it's not what you think or strike through cloth.
I agree that the small "doublings" are due to MD and pretty common on those coins. Do an archive search on here for more doubled faces and leaves.
Go to the top of this page, above your name or moniker and fill in the "search" space for what you want to know. In your case, a Canada cent and date. You can also go to any other coin site and do the same thing. Examples of MD and the queen's face have been discussed a great deal on Coin Community Family in the Canadian variety and error subforum. They are there nearly daily: https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=139
