    I'm not sure the condition of the slab, so can't grade it (LOL), but the coin I'm guessing is MS65/66.

    There has been one serious lowball that doesn't even fit the coin. LOL
    @SensibleSal66 what makes you think that this Jeff isn't even close to Gem?
