I have a series 2006 20 dollar billar. The front is correct, the back is correct with the tiny 20's, the security marks are all there BUT...the back is almost completely peach colored over standard colors....I've never seen one before nor can I find any information online....any pointers? I dont care about value I just think it's neat. If you know a value that's be cool though.

    I suggest photobucket.com!!

  7. I would guess it has been painted or had some other sort of post-printing foreign substance stuck to it. But without a photo or scan, it'll be hard to tell.

    Welcome to the board!
