    Super excited - I never thought I'd be able to afford one of these exceptionally rare FE denarii - 10 whole libras!!

    But after refinancing my house and tapping into my equity, it's finally mine!

    FE Denarius of 10 asses
    Ca 2775 AUC
    303mm, 4536g
    Holed in antiquity for easier carrying

    Let's see those aes grave denarii!

    @Finn235 ....What a splendid example! Wonderful detail! I really like the dark patina and at that weight must feel really nice in hand?..Would love to see the reverse .

    I'd like a 10 As Aes Grave, currency bar or scale weight. The best I have is only 7.7 asses.

    Even rarer with the engraving error : should read TAS for ten asses instead of TSA. ;)
