1999 Lincoln texture or damage? Not a WAM!

To that point, I recently went through a hoard of cents I collected over the past several months. The Zincolns were worse than I expected. Literally deteriorating waiting for me to cull through them all. I found a couple keepers that I had no choice but to attempt a conservation to stabilize the coin and to find markers. Maybe if I had found them sooner...who knows.
