    Hi,
Recently my stepson told me that he found a strange coin while he was outside and he wanted me to have it. I thanked him. It's actually a medallion from a keychain.

    Buffalo Nickel design..

    It states
    American Indian Relief Fund
    Lmtd Edition
    Reproduction Copy

A little bigger than a US Quarter

You've started a series. 2008 and 2009. How many are there?

They were sent out as free gifts in fundraising / donation plea letters. I remember delivering them. Don't know how many years they were used though.

I like yours better than the one you found on the internet.
Neat that your stepson was thinking of you, and got it for you.

Yes, the 2008 has a lot of character. I also like it best.
