    How in the world does ANACS know that was the 21st coin of 199 ? Is this their in house accountability ?

    It’s the 21st set out of 199 that they graded at the same time. I have the entire 21st set, all 11 coins and they are are graded the same. You must have missed the 2 other threads I posted with the cents, an S and a W mint mark.
