1776-1976 JFK Half Dollar die crack/chips Reverse

Let me take a “crack” at this. On the rev a die chip? Cracking in the numbers. Some markings elsewhere but this coin has wear and tear. Thanks!

Number one, you should start a new thread. Number two, CAM is normal for a 2004. Number three, even enlarging the area you circled I can't tell anything. Most likely damage, but could be a strike through. Can't tell from that photo.
