Hard to read what's going on with the obverse but the few obverse marks I see have me thinking MS64 so ANACS may hay been MS63 back in the day. Amazing how the obverse and reverse toned so differently. Makes you wonder where it was before going to ANACS.
MS 64 on the slab….I could see it as a 65 (fields and part of the cheek as somewhat obscured by darker light so I’m not sure if it’s as clean as needed for a gem grade)
The slab grade should not be any more than MS-63 because of the marks on the obverse, but I know the slab grade is at least MS-64.
I give up. I see wear (hair, eagles breast) that would lead me to believe it is an AU coin, as in Almost Uncirculated, but everyone else believes it is a MS coin.
