2014-S Smoky Mountain Quarter in Change

    I received a 2014-S Smoky Mountain ATB quarter in my change today. Looks like a circulated proof and not a PL. Got this from the same bagel store that I got a W Mint ATB quarter last year. Gotta stay a customer..

    The pictures look like a S Business strike to me. I'm bot seeing the "frost". Could just be my eyes though. Either way, an S quarter in circulation is always a good find!
