    Common grease filled die but pretty neat,its not a kansas quarter and somewhat older.

    I'm seeing damaged, not grease filled die, but maybe that's just me.
    When I enlarge the photo to see just the IN and T, I see what appears to be hits and damage, not a smooth or completely missing device.

    Minor filled die. Nothing special unless you've fallen for the hype. Nothing wrong with saving it if you like it, since it is an error, but don't expect any dealers or knowledgeable collectors to be interested.
