opinions on this please

so i won this at my coin club. and was wondering what it would sell for. if i tried to sell it.

I would sit on it for a bit if I were you. It's a great looking note, but nothing screams rarity or something worth a ton of money due to it only being a 1999. A 65 would go for about $4, so I would say around $12 maximum for a note in this grade.

 

Nice note, But nothing special would suggest displaying on your desk
