Can you post clearer shots of the date and IGWT on the 1917? I don’t think it’s DDO (using phone to view) but worth a second look perhaps.

 

And to think that stayed in circulation. Cool find.

 

1917 looks normal on my laptop. Not a DDO...but it was worth the second look on a bigger screen.
