    That's the correct RDV for the date. The Denver mint did not produce WAMs like the Philly mint did in 1998, 1999, and 2000.

    @PamR
    FYI..
    True CAM's and WAM's fall under the Variety Category. A bit different from the Error classification.

    I think I see what you are talking about. Looks like some distortion in the top of the Memorial. I assume you see it in hand. Some photos we see here have a bent appearance due to a photo through a lens/loupe. When looking at the coin, it's not there. But the photos 'seems' to show it pretty clearly.

    @PamR I assume the "wave" you are talking about is the area in the middle of the monument roof top. I see that too, but have no idea how it happened, other than possibly a plating issue, like a gas bubble. Just a guess on my part.

    It may be a damaged tool. Dropped perhaps at some point during the annealing process. Someone may have seen this phenomenon before and have an explanation.

    Is it me? The distortion seems to have changed in #12. I would like to see that coin in hand with a 5x lens.

    It was laying flat. And it was the incorrect one. I have many. Depends on lighting. It’s my phone I use. Not sure but it just looked different from others. I can magnify it on phone but no biggie. It just looked different from others. Ty!

    The wave you see on the cent could be a term they call "Ghosting" I believe from a worn die. Not for sure but the wave your seeing could be this issue.

    I really didn't mean to ask you to actually take pics of it in hand. But wow! You take some really nice shots for hand held.....martha

    I think she was referring to the wobbly roof. Thinking it was an error, on top of being a cam.

    Yes the first three or four pics. Could have been the angle I took pic or like mountain man said, could be a bubble around. Ghostly! Boo!!! Lol!
