Pretty sure it is Israeli of some sort or another. OP's pictures are oriented funky. There is a menorah on the 2nd one, upside down at about 11 o'clock.

The other picture, I'm pretty sure is the Wailing Wall.

All that being said, I don't think it's a "coin" perse. Probably a tourist token or medal of some sort.

The reverse appears to be showing the Wailing (Western) Wall and the menorah on the obverse seems to indicate it is Israeli, but I'm not sure if it was a coin or a souvenir medal of some type.
Numista shows nothing under coin or exonumia.
Maybe one of our Hebrew reading members can narrow it down.

    Definitely looks like Hebrew.
Here's what I think is the proper orientation. (Sorry cropped on one side)
Probably some sort of commemorative or devotional token.
Modern Israel coins generally have both Hebrew and Arabic legends.
This looks like Hebrew only so I assume not a coin.

I vote not a coin. Some sort of commemorative or devotional token.

I did a few other searches, all without luck, but my suggestion is to take it to your local synagogue and ask the Rabi to translate it. They may actually know what it is on sight. The experience of connecting to a synagogue is a great community builder. Good luck and let us know what you find out.
