1920 DDR?

    Worn die, or DDD, worthless doubling, but I love old wheaties. Thanks for the post.

    Nice 1920 wheat penny, but sadly it's just a worn down coin

    No split serifs/notching, flat and shelflike, no thickening. So, no characteristics of true hub doubling

    On LWC DDRs, look for elongated dots in EPU. These are a pretty good indicator of doubling. Your specimen has normal dots.

    Looks like MD with circulation wear.

    I'm no expert but I would say Mint damage with normal wear. Nice coin 1920 wheat!
