    I was getting the vague error, sent in a "help ticket" they got back to me quickly and we consumated the order via telephone. :)

    Mine arrived today as well. I see that there are no instructions included in the package, or on the bottle. Could someone please provide a link to the instructions?

    Sooo this arrived from Wizard today :woot:

    The label says REFER TO THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS, FAQ, AND SDS BEFORE USING.
    But, this arrived in an envelope from Wizard, just this lol.

    Could you pretty please point me towards the instructions and FAQ?
    I appreciate you...or I'm really about to! :shame:

    Looks like @DonnaML was posting the same question at the same moment lol...jinx!

    The instructions are on the label, "Do Not Ingest" :D

    I heard an automobile owners manual from the 1950s had instructions on doing a valve job. Today? Don't drink the battery water.

    I eventually used PayPal after receiving responses similar to @Mountain Man using two different cards.
    I received a 60 ml bottle Friday.

    Yeah, I haven't even done a distilled-water soak on it yet. It may require mechanical treatment, or I may just leave it -- it's interesting as it is.
