Feel free to comment, and guess the grade. NO arguments from me, as my relatives are safe—they left Lviv, and are in Poland. Coin is not struck off center. It is set slightly crooked in the holder.
Not experienced enough to grade, but it’s beautiful. Prayers for your family. Glad they made it to Poland.
Good news. Glad they are in safe for now. I myself am worried for a friend, who has been offline for a long time, I met through collecting in Ukraine. A retired career railroad maintenance man with an impressive collection of coins of the region, living in Lviv. I donated two old sleeping bags to be shipped to Poland so I hope my humble help will effect someone. On the merits of the coin.. It's quite impressive. A couple spots are a little overlit but I think it is a 64 but maybe 65. Is that a little strikethrough about 1 o'clock on the reverse? Looks great!
I'll go also for borderline 64/65. Probably leaning toward the former - note coin has the usual "action" area at truncation of neck. Nice lustre and probably dipped but not harmfully so.
From the photo provided, I agree MS-64, a different/better photo with less glare in some areas may push it to MS-65.
Glad your relatives are safe. Heart warming to know that surrounding countries have extended their hands to take in and support so many.
I really like your 1883 CC Morgan. It's a beautiful coin. It would be interesting where you got yours. I have one two and I compared yours to mine and I came to the conclusion like a few before, that it is a MS65 at least it should be. Thanks for showing us your jewel.
Looking at the pic's, it closely resembles the one I had sent in and it came back as MS 64 VAM Semper Fi Phil
