1964 Nickel DDR or Machine Doubling

Hey just curious what you guys think. I saw a couple pictures at Brian's Variety coins but I can be wrong.

yes. the main telltale is the step of the doubling. A Doubled die coin doesn't really have the step or height difference of the two images.
