I could not resist listing it as "1911-D wheat penny VG cond. "BOOGER NOSE" ID#22810-11"
but I aso included this in the discription "In my opinion it grades at VG8 and has wear under the nose area that makes this coin a great conversation piece, but really does not affect the coin other than grade."

Just curious if it will sell higher

I did set the value at the same price as the other 11-D as to not lead anyone into believing it is worth more.
