1982 d Washington quarter

Good morning everybody first quarter I pulled out of my pile was this 82d looking on the left side obverse right next to in God we trust is that a cud? The mint mark is in variety Vista but the hole is closed up more on this coin. On the reverse variety Vista has the q and quarter the same. I know 82's and 83s are scarcer and I believe the 83 is the premium one but in mint condition what do you think about this coin thank you

Ok what about this 1983 d ? Look at the chin.

 

Rim damage. You can see the metal has been pushed up around the hits.

When you say rim damage I don't understand the rim is the outside of the coin. Chin is in the middle of the coin. I do see the hit and the metal pushed. Didn't look good enough, rookie move. Thanks for the info

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary with any of the quarters featured in this thread. Should I be? If so, what?
