Got this just this morning. So close. Too bad about that crease. Will still hold on to it. Good night! Sleep tight! Thanks for looking.

A permanent marker (fine tip) could take care of that. LOL

Would you believe it's been about 2 months? Time flies. When I got this yesterday, I realized I haven't posted anything on CoinTalk for a while.

Hi back! It's been a while. Do you still collect stamps? A buddy showed me this and I immediately thought of you and all those stamps you gave me. I'm trying to track one down so I can send you one. World's longest stamp. Totally impractical but anything goes in this city. LOL.

I got them both off of ebay, got a sweet deal on the Monkey but I paid big time on the Horse! :D Only positive thing is low mintage and Singapore gold looks different than US gold as it sparkles with a glitter type luster! :)

I wonder why. (I have none to compare and check... Hahaha.) I thought gold is gold. I wonder if that's the difference between 0.999 and 0.9999?

Yeah, I don't know the reason why, maybe the Singapore Mint makes their own planchets, idk. All I know is I have gold coins from different countries and my favorite besides US is Singapore gold because the shine and the sparkle. If you ever get the chance, hold gold coins from the US against Singapore and the color may be the exact same but US won't sparkle the way Singapore does. :D

The Singapore Mint has an outlet store in one of the malls. I'll take a look.
