I collect a few coins but I don't know very much about "paper" money. A lot of information I have read from fellow posters here and really appreciate this site. Any information or comments related to the attached photo? My daughter received the silver certificate in change and thought it was play money. (She is 13) Thank you for response and information
Perhaps, the Silver Cert. was an omen for your daughter. - A lucky omen of course. Buy her some silver.
Here is the site that I use for looking up star notes to find out how many were printed: http://www.mycurrencycollection.com/reference/stars/ The only thing is that it is not complete for 2006 notes, so if that is when your five is from you might have to do some additional searching.
